We decided to call Chris based on a recommendation from a friend. It was very important to us to have a realtor who was familiar with the area since we were from out of town and also someone who would take the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a house and neighbourhood. Chris did both those things very well. He was easy to talk to, patiently answered our ask questions and was very knowledgeable. We had only five days to buy a house and Chris lined up showings and took us around letting us spend as much time as we needed at each place. He had lots of suggestions of houses to look at. And when we asked him about houses we had seen on MLS, he was able to line up showings for those immediately. Chris was available when we needed him and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is buying or selling a house!
