I've worked with Chris with several properties and each time I have felt that I have a friend with me, working out details that are unfamiliar to me and providing perspective that I need. Chris has worked hard to find what properties will suit my particular situation and my personality. He appreciates the financial back drop of the entire transaction and is knowledgeable and considerate as he had helped me through the process. We all know how difficult it is to find a new home for ourselves. Chris somehow makes all those changes manageable.

From the first meeting we met Chris, I felt at ease as this was my first time dealing with an agent to purchase real estate. Chris showed us homes that we asked to see and also he showed us what would fit our needs and price range. For me, Chris completly gained our trust when he mentioned the pros on cons of property even knowing that it could affect the sales result. Chris was patience with us as we did change our mind of location and needs and wants. I would have assumed this might have been frustrating but he didnt let on. After we found our property, Chris was alsways a phone call or text away from helping us. I definitly would recommend him to anyone looking for professional real estate service in Kelowna.
