Chelsea is on the ball! A great experience and always there when you need her! Chelsea was always kind and supportive. Especially helpful for a first time home-buyer such as myself.

Chelsea presented us with market comparables in our IMMEDIATE neighborhood. She explained her rationale for choosing the ultimate listing price.She suggested minor home improvements which she felt would make the house more desirable, and show at its best; but they were only suggestions based on her experience. The choice was ultimately ours. (We went with her suggestions, despite loving our home as it was). She had many statistics that she shared along the way that aided us in understanding how the whole process was going. We were pleased with her marketing plan, and the quick sale at our desired price and closing date.

Chelsea is very good agent! She has great communication skills! She knows the neighbourhood! She is very professional! She made sure that our experience was as smooth as she could. We had first seen the house through a presentation video she had made. The day we took possession of the house, there was a gift basket waiting for us at the door. Very nice! During the following week, while we were outside, we had neighbours from our street who came by to say ‘hi’ and welcome us. It was Chelsey’s idea. I highly recommend her!!
