This is my 4th transaction with Chelsea within two years and it is quite simple: I keep coming back to the best. She helped me rent a property I had purchased a year prior, and she did so masterfully. Chelsea knew exactly where and how to position my property in a competitive renting market, and she made sure that I received the right value in return. Even at times when I would have given up, Chelsea reassured me that it was all a part of the design. And she was right; my property rented in less than two weeks for more than I had initially envisioned. Chelsea will manage to surprise me each and every time!
