We had a wonderful experience buying our first home with Chelsea. As first time home buyers, we came across challenges with understanding the processes, and Chelsea was always available to provide insight, knowledge and suggestions in a timely and professional manner. She clearly listened to our ‘needs’ and ‘wants’ for our home and applied what she learned from our conversations into her research, ultimately presenting us with the perfect exclusive listing. Chelsea presented us with market comparables in our IMMEDIATE neighborhood. She explained her rationale for choosing the ultimate listing price.She suggested minor home improvements which she felt would make the house more desirable, and show at its best; but they were only suggestions based on her experience. The choice was ultimately ours. (We went with her suggestions, despite loving our home as it was). She had many statistics that she shared along the way that aided us in understanding how the whole process was going. We were pleased with her marketing plan, and the quick sale at our desired price and closing date.

Chelsea is very good agent! She has great communication skills! She knows the neighbourhood! She is very professional! She made sure that our experience was as smooth as she could. We had first seen the house through a presentation video she had made. The day we took possession of the house, there was a gift basket waiting for us at the door. Very nice! During the following week, while we were outside, we had neighbours from our street who came by to say ‘hi’ and welcome us. It was Chelsey’s idea. I highly recommend her!!
