Chelsea really cares for your best interest. She is trustworthy. As first time home buyers we were very clueless about the entire process and had to give her our entire trust on what she thought was best - and it was easy to do so. She was looking out for us and really made the process smooth sailing. She was also always available to us.

This review will not do our experience with Chelsea justice, we could not have been in better hands! As first time home buyers, we were of course nervous and excited to enter the market. Chelsea knows how to get things done! Within a week we had met with Chelsea, toured a couple homes, had an offer accepted and completed a home inspection! Chelsea made the entire process seamless. We would recommend Chelsea to anyone.

I found Chealsea by researching top rated Ottawa realtors online, phone interviewed with her and then actually used her for my house hunting and purchase. She is the best I’ve ever worked with. Knowledgeable on the markets and area. Has a great team behind her and just worked hard for us. We spent many long days together and finally found the right house. We wound up in a multiple offer scenario and I believe it was Chelsea’s ability to professionally establish rapport with the selling agent that won us that competition. Her work and attitude is impeccable. I could not say enough - I highly recommend her.
