My experience with Chelsea was nothing short of perfection. Chelsea took the time to understand my wants and needs as a buyer and went out of her way to make sure my first home purchase checked all the boxes. Chelsea dedicates herself to her clients making herself available at all times and leaves no question unanswered. She definitely lives up to her flawless reputation and because of this has countless connections across the city that help make the experience that much better for a buyer or seller. Chelsea does not back down from a challenge and will use her extensive knowledge of the real estate market to negotiate the best deal for her clients. She is kind and respectful yet honest and professional when communicating with all parties making sure every angle is covered in depth. We began our search in February 2022 right before the chaos of the spring and summer market. It was disheartening for us to see homes go for well over our budget, but with perseverance and steady support from Chelsea we found a home that met our criteria. Chelsea was excellent with us, she was able to guide us through the process and was knowledgeable with all of our questions.

Chelsea was great at walking us through the process for our first home purchase. She was super knowledgeable about the area and all of the listings we went to see, and was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. It was a pleasure dealing with her!
