Celina is in a league of her own as a realtor. She was outstanding in all things you could expect from a realtor and also in things that I never suspected I needed but I definitely did! First of all, it is like having a pseudo-home inspector with you when you look at houses with Celina.She backs up into the street to check the condition of the roof, taught me about heating and ventilation systems, taught us about wells and septic tanks versus municipal water, suggested potential renovations and ballparked their prices. She even taught us about how to get permits for future renovations. Her estimate of the issues with our home was bang on with what the home inspector said! She was kind, incredibly available and swift, and really understood the trepidations of a first time home buyer, especially in this market!She was also firm and clear about what we wanted versus what we could afford and what we needed to do to get a home in this aggressive sellers market. I have friends who have spent easily a year trying to find a home in this market and Celina found the one in under three months. When I talk to friends about their experiences with their realtors and then share about my own with Celina, my friends are shocked at the amount and quality of service Celina provided versus their realtors. I have recommended her to many of my friends already. Two of them have already successfully bought homes with her and have similarly glowing feedback. She was even able to help me find a realtor of similar quality for a friend of mine who lives in Ottawa! What more could you ask for?! Thank you Celina for the massive amount of help he provided to us. We are loving our new home!

Celina is just the best in the business! I don't know what we would have done without her.
