My partner and I entered the COVID-driven housing market as young, first-time homebuyers with no knowledge about buying a house or what to look for -- it was terrifying! Celina was professional at all times during the transactions of selling and buying. She was available at all times and always responded within a matter of hours. She was present at critical times of making offers and counter offers, she guided me with experience and education on what a "reasonable" offer would be for specific properties based on my set budget as well as market conditions. After the transactions were complete Celina still remained in touch to ensure that the move between properties was going well and then again once I was settled in the new property she continued to be present and ensure I was happy with the new purchase.

With a keen eye she commented on shingles, foundation, flooring, and lighting, her skill in this regard helped me to have a clearer picture in terms of what I should budget for the home, and for any future renos. This was extremely beneficial for me as it helped us to collaboratively develop bids that made sense for the market, and for my budget.
