As a first time homebuyer, I could not have had a better agent than Celina guiding me through the process. I had initially anticipated a much more daunting and stressful experience than it ended up being for me. This was largely due to Celina’s honesty, down to earth nature, humour, and ultimately, her solid real estate knowledge. I had utmost confidence in her abilities to negotiate fairly and represent my best interests. She was extremely patient with my many questions (I was on a very steep learning curve so I had many questions!). In fact, even after closing, she’s still patiently answering my questions! Celina was always on time for viewings and meetings, was prompt in responding to texts and emails, and she even connected me with a lawyer and an insurance broker! She never made me feel pressured or rushed. Celina is an absolute professional and I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Excellent for first time home buyers, such as ourselves, for knowing what to look for during showings. Great at explaining things we encountered that we might not have even noticed. Matter of fact when looking at pros and cons of the house and never made us feel forced into anything.

I can't imagine anyone better suited for first time home buyers! Celina provided the perfect balance of guidance and patience so we were fully enabled to make informed decisions every step of the way. She's the best!

Celina was awesome. She was able to accommodate my last minute request to be my agent and show me the property I was interested in. I viewed the property the same day I reached out to her, made an offer two days later, and after a bit of very successful negotiation I had an agreement within another day. As a first time home buyer she carefully explained everything I needed to know and promptly dealt with my many questions. She was professional yet not too formal, which helped me remain calm during the biggest purchase of my life. I highly recommend working with Celina!
