Celina is absolutely excellent at her job and we continue to recommend her to all our family and friends looking to buy/sell, especially first time home buyers. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to guide us through the whole buying process. She was always available and often we would be the first to see a new home on the market. She never let us give up looking for the right home, even when we were ready to give up. Celina was very knowledgeable about the community and homes we were looking for, always knowing what to look for during visits. Her recommended professionals (inspection, lawyer, mortgage broker) were also excellent, giving truth to saying “you are the company you keep”. When we decide we move on from our starter home, we will 100% be going back to Celina.

She took the time to peek into nooks and crannies of every home we viewed, and she educated us about roofing and heating systems, structural integrity and crawl space insulation, hot water heaters and oil tanks, electrical code issues, plumbing, cosmetic upgrades, and more. The fact that the home inspector concurred with her estimates tells you that Celina knows what she’s talking about. Beyond her extensive professional competencies, Celina is a wise, perceptive, hilarious, genuine, and kind person with whom it is a pleasure to do business. As first-time homebuyers, choosing a realtor felt like a high-stakes decision, but we are so happy that we chose to work with Celina. We think the world of her services and we recommend her in the strongest possible terms. We love our house so much that we might stay put in the longer term, but Celina is the first person we will call whenever we decide to sell!
