Paul and Cecilia sold our 3010 ft home in two days this past Spring. We had attempted to sell it ourselves without success. Selling our home was a stressful endeavour as we had lived in our home for 28 years. Cecilia and Paul were extremely Professional in all areas. They were knowledgeable about the market and Cecelia was able to negotiate with quick precision and sold my home for my asking price in a difficult market. Paul went the extra mile and helped us presale in getting our home ready and postsale where he acted as a bridge between our buyer and us. Communication was important to us and both Paul and Cecilia had answers for us within 10 minutes if not immediately. I highly recommend the Cilbernagel Realty Team.

Excellent service. Sold apart. within 4 weeks. Very friendly people. We asked a little more but because of not upgrading bathrooms we sold for $40000 less. We already had a new address so we left like it is now.
