Cecelia was the right agent for me. She discussed the options for the selling strategy at our first meeting. She armed me with information I hadn't considered and this helped me a lot in determining how and when to move forward with listing my house. There was no pressure at any time. All conversations were very professional and she would always explain 'next steps' as we went through the process. She wouId always keep me updated on feedback from potential buyers which helped us to determine if we needed to change the strategy. Certainly the team were well prepared and professional, but what was unexpected and so very much appreciated was the small details, the thoughtfulness that understood the stress and the kindnesses that mitigated the exhaustion and emotional upheaval that moving can be and the sense of humour that buoyed my spirits when decisions had to be made. I don't think I can imagine a better outcome from selling price, suggestions for help with movers and lawyers and help finding a place to live while I waited for my new condo to be ready. I was an "out of town" seller. Cec handled everything to sell my house and did so in 5 days. The process was very easy and documents were all signed "on-line" which was very helpful and saved me a trip. Especially grateful for this because of Covid 19!
