Cec was empathetic, caring, compassionate and understanding. During the process, Cec suffered a personal loss. This did not keep her from attending to my needs when necessary. During a doubly stressful time period, Cec was the friend to whom I could turn when questions arose. I have, and will continue to, recommend Cec and her team.

This was our first transaction in over 40 years and the initial realization of having to move was overwhelming. With the guidance of the Silbernagel team, I cannot imagine a more stress-free experience. Dylan walked us through each step of the way in a confident professional manner. Cec and Dylan were invaluable in offering advice on how to prepare our home for showings. Through his expert advice and negotiating skills, Dylan was able to get top dollar for our home in a falling market. He listened carefully to our needs and wants for the new home and found a home that fit all the criteria plus a couple of bonuses. As a team, the Silbernagels communicate and interact exceptionally well with each other. As individuals, they are warm, friendly, knowledgeable, community oriented and professional. We could not have been happier with our experience.

The Silbernagel team was amazing to work with. Dylan and Cec helped us sell a property and purchased another. The sale was challenging given there were multiple similar units on the market in the same building, and with huge price differences. Dylan communicated with us regularly of the market updates and strategized our price accordingly. In addition, when the buyer did not accept our initial counter price, Dylan continued to work with the buyer agent to bring them back and finalized the sale within a week of listing. For our purchase of a new house, the shopping process was difficult given there were multiple offers on every property we were interested in. Dylan’s knowledge and assessments really helped us determining what would be a reasonable offer for the property. He was super friendly and excellent in communication. During the bidding, Dylan alone represented us and presented our offer in front of the seller and their agent. We were very pleased to have found someone that we could trust and speak on our behalf. Cec and her “team” were quite helpful when selling my Mother’s home, after she passed away. Though the home was sold “as is”, the buyer requested a non-functioning above ground pool removed. Her husband Paul, a “team member”, had it removed, and the sale moved forward. Cec also suggested a lawyer we could use, which was quite reasonable to estimates we obtained. Her suggestion cost us 1/3 the cost of what we were given. “Hats Off” to Cec and her team!
