Before putting our house up for sale, Cec gave us an in depth summary of the market in our area. She was very knowledgeable on all apects - what other houses had sold for and the history of those sales. She also gave us the number of houses currently on the market and how they fit in to justify the price we were asking for our house. To prep for the sale, Cec guided us in staging the house. The photographer did an excellent job with the many photos she took, showcasing the entire house and property. Dylan provided a more than awesome drone video of the property and surrounding ravine setting. Once on the market, Cec went above and beyond showcasing the house to maximize buyer exposure. The brochures and MLS listings were very professional and detailed. The open houses were a huge success, bringing multiple offers and leading to the sale of the house. Cec's negotiating skills brought us the price we wanted. She went our of her way to meet with us at our convenience working around our busy schedules and shift work hours. Her experience in handling all aspects of the sale from the beginning to the end was evident. The house sold within two weeks and the closing was within the month as per our request. Cec and her team then assisted us in finding our next lodging. Dylan industriously followed through assuring we had the best next home. Excellent service. Sold apart. within 4 weeks. Very friendly people. We asked a little more but because of not upgrading bathrooms we sold for $40000 less. We already had a new address so we left like it is now.
