Carlos was very helpful in keeping us informed about the market trends leading up to our listing, and we were able to get the listing up just in time to optimize our return. With extensive expertise and knowledge, AND a commendable character, he will give you advice in your interests whatever your case may be. Carlos will objectively tell you the pros and the cons of the house if you're buying. With his knowledge and expertise, he can truly analyze every aspect of the house and the process. He will listen to your questions and answer truthfully. When it's not in your interest, he will tell you not to consider the house. When the house is a possibility, he will lay out the various aspects (pros, cons, ...) of the house and what the fair price is so as to help you make the decision. When I sold my house with him, his analysis and explanation were impeccable. He helped me through the process and the pricing and the presentation. Every step was considered to the fullest and every task was done to perfection. Carlos has extensive knowledge of houses and the processes of selling and buying. As importantly, he considers all details in your interest and is diligent in the process. I would do business with Carlos again.

We have used Carlos as our agent twice now as sellers and once as a buyer. I think being a repeat client says a lot.
