They offered excellent advice throughout the process and negotiations. They were available at all the steps along the way and made purchasing the property easy. They were quick with all responses and offered excellent suggestions and guidance. We cannot thank them enough for taking away a lot of the stress that goes along with making a purchase of this size.

Carlos was wonderful in helping my husband and I purchase our first home. It was pretty stressful (obviously) but Carlos was very patient, and was always there to help answer any questions that came up during the process. He was always available to take us to see new houses on the market,and worked with our schedules which was very much appreciated. He was extremely knowledgeable about the house (what to look out for) as well as the neighbourhoods. I would not hesitate to recommend Carlos to anyone! He was amazing, and very kind.
