Carlos was excellent. Very patient with us and professional. Overall has a lot of knowledge about houses, zoning, and builders (ended up looking at a lot of newer builds). We were out of town buyers and weren't very knowledgable about the Ottawa market and he made us feel confident. Also great at explaining anything we didn't understand.
