I would not hesitate to recommend Carlos to friends, family or professional colleagues. Carlos and Daria answered all of our questions, both were incredibly patient and professional. They offered excellent advice throughout the process and negotiations. They were available at all the steps along the way and made purchasing the property easy. They were quick with all responses and offered excellent suggestions and guidance. We cannot thank them enough for taking away a lot of the stress that goes along with making a purchase of this size.

Carlos was wonderful in helping my husband and I purchase our first home. It was pretty stressful (obviously) but Carlos was very patient, and was always there to help answer any questions that came up during the process. He was always available to take us to see new houses on the market,and worked with our schedules which was very much appreciated. He was extremely knowledgeable about the house (what to look out for) as well as the neighbourhoods. I would not hesitate to recommend Carlos to anyone! He was amazing, and very kind.

Carlos was the best realtor ever for the sale of our house. He made the whole process super easy and we sold for WAY over asking! He is very easy to get in touch with and makes the whole thing fun!

Carlos helped us find and sell our home while we were living outside of Canada. It takes an incredible amount of trust in an agent to allow him to represent your best interests when you are not present. Carlos is just that agent. Extremely knowledgeable, well-connected, and reliable. Carlos never failed to return a call/text, always did what he said he would do, and maintained a great sense of humor that helped calm our first time buyer/seller nerves. <p>The first time we met Carlos, he took us on a tour of Westboro, Hintonburg, and the Civic Hospital area. He clearly knows the area intimately, because he told us all about the history of each area, as well as their zoning laws. When it came time to make an offer, he guided us through the process, leaving little thinking for us to do. He was always available; even when he was out of town, he was always reachable and everything processed just as quickly.</p>
