Carlos was very helpful in guiding my wife and I through our first home purchase. He was very knowledgeable about what to look for when viewing homes and was always available to answer our questions. Furthermore, he facilitated all processes with the mortgage broker and lawyers, making sure we didn't miss anything due to our inexperience. I would highly recommend Carlos for any first-time home buyers as our experience with him was fantastic and we are very happy with our new home.

Carlos helped us find and sell our home while we were living outside of Canada. It takes an incredible amount of trust in an agent to allow him to represent your best interests when you are not present. Carlos is just that agent. Extremely knowledgeable, well-connected, and reliable. Carlos never failed to return a call/text, always did what he said he would do, and maintained a great sense of humor that helped calm our first time buyer/seller nerves. He clearly knows the area intimately, because he told us all about the history of each area, as well as their zoning laws. When it came time to make an offer, he guided us through the process, leaving little thinking for us to do. He was always available; even when he was out of town, he was always reachable and everything processed just as quickly.</p>
