Brian was recommended to us by neighbours of our parents who had recently sold their home. In first meeting Brian we new we were dealing with a professional, he brought a straight forward approach with suggestions and recommendations on what we needed to do to help the sale of the home. We felt very comfortable in dealing with Brian and the final reason that convinced us to go with him was his recommended list price was $80,000 higher than other agents we spoke to and in the end we realized 50% of that in the final sale price. We really appreciate Brian and his teams help in selling our parents home and guiding us through the process during a stressful time and as a real bonus, he helped us to sell the house in just 2 weeks after listing it for more than we thought we could get for it.
