As a first-time homebuyer, I had an extremely positive experience with Brian as my agent. He found me a property in my desired area that checks off all of my “must-haves”, while also fitting into my limited budget. I purchased from out of province, which could have made things difficult, but Brian made the process as smooth as possible, and answered any and all questions that I had. I appreciated his patience and kindness throughout and would absolutely recommend him as an agent!

Brian is the third Realtor we have dealt with this year. (first two were for selling properties in other locations and Brian for purchasing). Our experience with Brian through all stages of our condo purchase was excellent! He went out of his way to help us find a condo in the area that we wanted and with the criteria that was important to us. Brian also went out of his way to provide timely and pertinent information which was invaluable in today's very competitive market. As we currently live out of the area, Brian attended multiple showings for us and toured us in real time with video and then sent us recorded videos and pictures of each property. This made it possible for us to purchase our condo! Brian's knowledgeable about the area also helped us a great deal. Brian was fantastic to work with and went beyond the call of duty, often sending information and replying to questions in the early morning, late evening, and weekends.
