We were very fortunate to have Brian as our real estate agent. We moved from Ontario to Van and Brian helped us find our property in gva. Brian acted for us as purchasers. For reasons completely unrelated to Brian, our transaction was not an easy one! The condo we wanted was in a building that appeared "complicated" to our Lender because of some remediation work. This entailed Brian's assistance to get clarity on a number of issues to satisfy the Lender and allow us to get the deal done. No request was too much.
