I couldn't have asked for a more qualified, outstanding Real Estate Agent. Brian went above and beyond to make the entire process stress free. Given that it was an estate sale, he was very sensitive to the process. He was very knowledgeable about the market value in the surrounding area. The townhouse was showcased with quality photography, brochures and an online video, resulting in a large number of showings.
