I believe these are critical factors to sell your house in today's market where web presence is fundamental. We sold our place in 18 days!</p> <p>In terms of helping with finding and buying our place, Brent's flexibility and availability were superb. Within a couple hours of having seen the property we liked, he helped us determining what was a reasonable price to pay for the property.
