<p><br /> Brent is a phenomena agent. 3.5 years ago he helped us get into the real estate market with our first home. It was a very difficult process for us personally but brent remained cool and positive and helped us reach our goals of home ownership.</p> <p>Fast forward to selling that home... we decided to sell and we were on the market super fast, and thanks to his wonderful stager and photographer (included in his services) our house sold in three days! Selling and buying at the same time was really stress free and a great experience (even when the buyers realtor was being a nightmare), we recommend everyone to him!</p>

<p>Brent was very professional and clear with the steps that we needed to follow to sell our place. The package that comes with his services includes professional photography and home staging. I believe these are critical factors to sell your house in today's market where web presence is fundamental. We sold our place in 18 days!</p> <p>In terms of helping with finding and buying our place, Brent's flexibility and availability were superb. Within a couple hours of having seen the property we liked, he helped us determining what was a reasonable price to pay for the property. In addition, he helped us negotiating to bring the price down to a fair market value.</p> <p>I totally recommend Brent 5/5 !</p>

He is very patient and the most imported thing for us is , he is always there for you even after you bought the house already. You can still ask him and he will help you and support you for sure.<br /> So we sold our house and bought the second one with him !
