<p>This past spring I made the decision to move to Kelowna from Metro Vancouver. Brendan had been referred to me by another real estate agent and I immediately felt a sense of comfort when we began communicating long distance. Brendan is extremely knowledgeable about the Kelowna market and was able to determine which properties would be ‘the right fit’ for me.<br /> When we were able to meet face to face I was reassured by Brendan’s professional and respectful approach toward me as well as the owners of the many homes we viewed. He was a pleasure to work with and readily assisted me throughout the process of purchasing my new home.<br /> I am very excited about my move to Kelowna and hope to stay put for some time, but if I do move again I will ask Brendan to represent me, and I would definitely recommend the real estate services of Brendan Stoneman to friends and colleagues.</p>

He was very easy to work with and when the time came to make any changes he was the first to notice the changes that would make the sale quicker and always presented it so I could deicide the next move. He was very helpful in showing me why we were to list the home at good market value and he got me a price that I am very happy with.
