<p>In selling our condo Ben was very prompt and professional in his communication. He also went out of his way to ensure the sale occurred after surprises were found during property inspection. His help and guidance were very much appreciated by my wife and I.</p>

<p>I would not hesitate to recommend Ben as a realtor to anyone, and in fact, when showing people our new home, we always talk about how great our realtor was!</p> <p>Ben was patient with us as we figured out what we wanted and looked at MANY properties. He never pressured us into a home, but offered his expert opinions and pointed out potentially concerns or benefits that we might not have noticed. Ben supported both our practical and emotional sides.</p> <p>The home we purchased was over our budget. Ben was a great negotiator and got us the home within our price range. He was incredibly helpful during the closing process, answering our texts and emails right away, even during stressful late nights.</p> <p>Ben also checked in with us after we moved in to ensure everything was ok, and gave us recommendations for designers and contractors.</p> <p>We will definitely work with Ben again in the future.</p>

<p>Ben Sweet was our realtor for buying and selling our property in Calgary. As the purchasing realtor he was able to negotiate approximately $20,000 off of the asking price and 1 year later as the selling realtor for the same property we were able to sell it for $25,000 more than we paid to buy it. He was knowledgeable about many features of a home including different flooring types, bathroom renovations, contemporary designs, etc. With this knowledge he was able to point out features in homes while we were purchasing that would either be beneficial or something we would want to consider renovating. When we were selling he did a walkthrough of the house and pointed out some simple features that we may consider updating to give the house a modern feel which helped us increase the value of the house as mentioned above. In addition to being knowledgeable about individual home details Ben had excellent knowledge of the various communities in which we were looking. He was able to describe the pros and cons of each community which was helpful as we looked at numerous houses in several communities. Ben kept us up to date throughout the entire purchasing and selling process and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell their house.</p>

<p>Ben was great to work with. He was always available and we appreciated his knowledge, patience and expertise. There were times Ben went above and beyond, specifically on a long weekend when we were in the middle of a negotiation. We benefited from his experience and he made sure we were comfortable through the whole process.</p>
