Ben and Meredith were great to work with! They were knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to help us sell our home. We would absolutely recommend them to our family, friends, and anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

We enlisted Ben for his services when purchasing a home in Calgary. We were a lot of work haha. We were coming from out of town, so scheduling can be tricky, but he made himself available without hesitation on our schedule. We really had to cram in a lot of viewings when we came in to ge efficient and he had them set up like dominos! His negotiations were fast and excellent! He got us a great deal! We then had the WORST mortgage experience with our lender oddly, and Ben had to redo the paperwork I can’t even remember how many times.... it was silly. But without complaint and without making us feel annoying he did it. We finally sealed our deal and we would not even consider using anyone else!

Ben Sweet helped us find the house of our dreams. We were first time buyers, Ben walked us through the process and was very patient with us. He is very knowledgeable of all calgary communities, as well as the houses themselves. Would highly recommend.
