<p>We used Ben as our realtor to buy a place in downtown Calgary last month. We did a quick Google search for Calgary's best realtor and Ben's name was all over the place with excellent reviews.</p> <p>Ben met with us before we even started our property purchasing journey and spent a good hour understanding our not so well-defined criteria. Throughout the process of looking at different apartments, Ben helped us get a better understanding of what issues to look out for and stay away from. He answered all our questions in the simplest way possible and helped us feel very comfortable during the whole process. Ben didn't sugar coat any potential issues and always pointed out the good, as well as the bad with a property.</p> <p>From searching to closing the deal, Ben made us feel at ease and was always available to answer our questions.</p> <p>We are very happy with the property we have bought and will be using Ben as our realtor again when we choose to purchase properties.</p> <p>I would highly recommend going with Ben as your Realtor. <p>Ben is hands down the best real estate agent out there. His knowledge of the real estate market and of homes in general is second to none. He provided us with everything from in depth information about each specific property that we viewed, to general market information to no none-sense practical advice that provided us with the confidence that in making our decision we had absolutely all of the pertinent information in front of us. this also put us a step ahead when it came to negotiating the price we wanted. Ben is an expert negotiater and I know that he got us the best possible price for our house. We were also overwhelmed by his professionalism and responsiveness. He took care of us every step of the way and responded to every question we had immediately. To top it all off Ben is just a pleasure to deal with. He's funny, quick witted and in general just a great guy to be around. I recommend Ben to everyone I know with confidence that he will impress them in the way he impressed us. If we ever look to move again we will be calling Ben!</p>

<p>Ben is a phenomenal agent and very genuine. My wife and I sought Ben's help in purchasing a home from out of province. We had one weekend to come and view homes. Ben worked all weekend with us from the crack of dawn to well into the night to help us find a home that we both loved! He is an excellent guide to a city with neighbourhoods we knew very little of - he is incredibly knowledgable about Calgary and all it's nooks and crannies.</p> <p>His negotiating skills are unbelievable! I was so nervous with how he would counter, but in the end we saved tens-of-thousands of dollars!</p> <p>It certainly didn't end there; he messaged us regularly about what needed to be done next and how to do those things. He helped us the whole way and for that we are incredibly grateful.</p> <p>Ben Sweet is a professional, collaborator, communicator and an advocate. But most importantly (to us), he made us feel very comfortable. He is humble, easy to talk to and honest. The whole time, I felt that I was always being looked-out for.</p> <p>If I have to sell or buy in the future I will definitely call Ben.</p>

<p>Ben helped with my first home purchase two years ago - the joy from the experience goes on till now. Very patient and knowledgeable and most of all: extremely professional. He has very good approaches and understanding of customer needs and plan, also surprisingly he understands and handles well with my parents and their cultural background!<br /> We went through numerous viewings in almost all the targeted communities.
