<p>We hired Ben to sell our home in Calgary since we were moving to Ontario. Ben did a great job with the listing since the housing market was soft and it was Christmas time. Ben created a marketing video for us which also helped show our home. He also introduced us to a home stager that did an exceptional job of showing how to set up our home since all of our furniture was packed and in transit.</p> <p>I would not hesitate to hire Ben Sweet, he is an honest realtor that will outline all of the market and neighbourhood factors that will go into buying or selling your home. He is prompt and trustworthy and does what he commits to doing.</p>
