Showed me the evaluations of all the properties that were for sale , sold and conditions they were in . He allowed me to judge for myself as to what the property was worth compared to those he showed me in his community evaluation . Ben listened to my concerns , my objectives and came up with practical solutions during negotiations with the buyers . He and his associates worked very hard in selling my property and kept me informed as to the status and offers to purchase of my home . Ben has gone out of his way to help me, with encouragement, facilitating showing and sale of my home .
