<p>To begin with, our situation was a little complex, buying from another province with non-flexible work hours. Ben and Meredith were an absolute dream to deal with. Super prompt in replying to any questions we had.</p> <p>They had it all figured out for us from house inspectors to mortgage brokers. We also were in an abnormal financial situation, and through Meredith's recommendation we were able to get approved for the mortgage we needed.</p> <p>They were always available, be either Family Day weekend or Easter weekend... They made us seem like a priority which was very refreshing.</p> <p>The furthest thing they were from is pushy. If we didn't like a house, we were out of there ASAP. If we wanted to see something else, they were on it right away! Meredith even went out of her way and did a search on houses with some of our criteria... and we ended up finding the house we bought this way!</p> <p>This duo is incredible. Super easy to talk to, and so fun as well. Definitely not your run of the mill real estate agents. Ben was a WEALTH of knowledge when it came to our house possession, pointing out things to look for and giving us tips and tricks for the house.</p> <p>I cannot say enough good about Meredith and Ben. They work round the clock and put their clients first. Super professional team that knows what they are doing.<br />Don't go to anyone else, unless you want to be disappointed. I had 2 other real estate agents that I was so unhappy with - that i had given up on real estate agents almost. They renewed my faith!</p> <p>There is not a single doubt in my mind that when i buy my second house, and sell this first one , they will be the ones doing it. AND if i know of anyone that moves to Calgary, I'm telling everyone they MUST use Ben and Meredith.</p> <p>Just two amazing, professional people. Couldn't have done it without them.</p> <p>Amazing realtor team! Ben and Meredith were with us from start to end. they were always able to answer our questions without hesitation. They were able to remove a lot of stress in this stressful event. We live outside of the province so they were our eyes and ears in Calgary. We could not ask for a better team! Will definitely recommend them !!</p>

<p>My husband and I had the pleasure of first working with Ben when we sold our old house (1954 teeny tiny bungalow on a huge lot, SE) and bought our new home (2011 single detached starter home, spec, NW).</p> <p>Ben proved himself to be unmatched in his knowledge, negotiation skills and candidness. With his help and encouragement, we put forth an offer to the home builders of our current home that was all but laughed at when initially presented. And guess what. They accepted it. We would have never had the courage nor ability to negotiate with the builders - who are we in comparison to them?! - but with Ben's expertise in all aspects of the buying process, it was a done deal.</p> <p>He has since also helped us sell a condo during an extremely difficult, stressful time. Ben made sure the process was seamless and that we got our value out of the condo which was a blessing (we were in a compromised and vulnerable position due to a traumatic loss and probably would have let the place go for a song just to be done with it). He has also helped numerous members of our family with the process of both buying and selling.</p> <p>Would we recommend Ben? Absolutely, without a shadow of doubt. And we do, in fact, any time we have the opportunity. If you are looking for someone who will ensure you have the best possible experience and outcome as you make one of life's biggest decisions, Ben is an easy choice!!</p>

<p>Our experience with Ben was excellent and he exceeded our expectations during the entire buy / sell process. We have moved several times and Ben has been by far the best agent we have used. He was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional at all times. I really appreciated his honesty when we looked to him for his opinion or guidance.</p> <p>We also enjoyed working with someone who listened to what we were really looking for. Ben did not try to push us outside our budget even though our search took several months. His patience was important as this is a significant decision that should not be rushed.</p> <p>Overall, Ben made the entire process far easier through his exceptional service.</p>

<p>I found that Ben gave me his honest assessment of a property, and wasn't trying to push for a sale with every property we viewed. He quickly figured out the type of house I was looking for, and made some great suggestions for things I didn't even think of in my original search criteria.</p> <p>Overall, he was a great example of how a realtor can add value to the search process. I will definitely use him again.</p>

<p>Ben is professional, forthright, diligent and acts with integrity. As a professional myself I enjoyed working with him and knew I could count on him to act in my best interest throughout the whole process. Ben definitely gets my recommendation!</p>
