Ben Sweet and his team of real estate professionals provided us with excellent support in the sale of our property. We didn't know what to expect, trying to sell in a soft market during a pandemic. Ben did not attempt to list our modest property at a lower price to make for an "easy" sale. This demonstrated to me that he he had respect for us and our transaction. Ben met with us to discuss his strategy in determining a list price and showings. He set us up for success by giving us advice on things we could do to make sure the property was shown to it's best advantage and even sent a staging professional to further advise us on how to set up the rooms so they would have broader appeal to potential buyers. When we ran into some unexpected logistical issues, Ben continued to provide us with support and advice that helped us make decisions that protected our interest. Ben's integrity, knowledge and professionalism was a consistent and stable presence throughout our transaction. I am not the kind of person who normally posts reviews, but I have made an exception for Ben. I would definitely use Ben again for any real estate transaction and have no hesitation recommending him and his team to others.

We had a great experience with Ben. He really took the time to get to know us, what we value and what we were looking for in a home. Most importantly, it seemed to us that Ben was in the realtor business for the right reasons - to provide valuable information and thus help us throughout the biggest investment decision of our lives. It never felt that it was all about the money. Ben explained everything in detail, kept us well informed at all times, and was quick to act when an opportunity presented itself. We always felt in great hands and would recommend him anytime.

Ben is the best realtor I have ever worked with! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and great at what he does. His communication skills are fantastic - he responds almost immediately, making you feel like you’re the most important one on his list (even though I know he has several clients and is very busy), a true sign that he cares! He worked hard and helped us sell our house in a tough market extremely quick, which was not anticipated. I do not believe we would’ve had the same results had we used a different realtor. I would highly recommend Ben!!

We feel as though we are getting the same advice that Ben would give his family. We never felt pressure to buy or sell, even though this process (during COVID) is taking a long time and has become challenging. He's always professional and patient. We're confident we're going to get the right property as he is always open and honest.

I've used Ben Sweet and Associates a number of times, and I have always been completely at ease and satisfied with their service. Recently, in the midst of a global pandemic, the challenges seemed insurmountable. I live part-time in the US so you can imagine the challenges (quarantining, having my house 'show ready', etc.) we faced trying to sell my home in Calgary. Ben was fantastic, going above and beyond, every step of the way. I had no choice but to ask for extra service and Ben never hesitated. I can't recommend Ben and his team enough!
