<p>I have known Ben for a number of years, but it was only 2 years ago that I was able to lean on him as my real estate agent. I had purchased property in the past, but never a house. There were so many details that I would have likely over looked if it wasn't for Ben. He scrutinized each property as though he might be buying it for himself. He made note of things that I would for sure have over looked so when it came time to put the offer in I knew that my choice of property was a sound one.</p> <p>He spent so much time showing me homes and helping me understand the pro's and con's of each property. By the time I was ready to make an offer I had full confidence in my decision. The negotiation stage was, of course a bit nerve wracking, but Ben was by my side through the entire process.
