We decided to give him a call. After meeting with Darren a few times, reading his profile, reading his reviews and after talking to other agents we decided to use Darren’s services. We are extremely grateful that we did! Darren worked very patiently with us over the course of several months until we ultimately found our absolute dream downtown apartment condo. After working with Darren we can see why so many consider him to be Calgary’s best Realtor! Darren is very hardworking, patient, extremely knowledgeable, honest and responsive. Darren Yee really understands the Calgary real estate market. As apartment buyers it was very comforting to know that we were dealing with Calgary’s condo expert. Darren told us what areas to look in and what areas to avoid. Location they say is very important and Darren tells it like it is. This was especially important to us as out of province buyers who were not so familiar with downtown Calgary. Darren knows Calgary apartments inside and out. He will tell you which apartments are well built and which ones to avoid. I can see now where we would have make some costly mistakes without his expert advice. Darren even took us on a bit of a tour of the city which was extremely helpful to us. Ben Sweet and his team of real estate professionals provided us with excellent support in the sale of our property. We didn't know what to expect, trying to sell in a soft market during a pandemic. Ben did not attempt to list our modest property at a lower price to make for an "easy" sale. This demonstrated to me that he he had respect for us and our transaction. Ben met with us to discuss his strategy in determining a list price and showings. He set us up for success by giving us advice on things we could do to make sure the property was shown to it's best advantage and even sent a staging professional to further advise us on how to set up the rooms so they would have broader appeal to potential buyers. When we ran into some unexpected logistical issues, Ben continued to provide us with support and advice that helped us make decisions that protected our interest. Ben's integrity, knowledge and professionalism was a consistent and stable presence throughout our transaction. I am not the kind of person who normally posts reviews, but I have made an exception for Ben. I would definitely use Ben again for any real estate transaction and have no hesitation recommending him and his team to others.

We had a great experience with Ben. He really took the time to get to know us, what we value and what we were looking for in a home. Most importantly, it seemed to us that Ben was in the realtor business for the right reasons - to provide valuable information and thus help us throughout the biggest investment decision of our lives. It never felt that it was all about the money. Ben explained everything in detail, kept us well informed at all times, and was quick to act when an opportunity presented itself. We always felt in great hands and would recommend him anytime.

Ben is the best realtor I have ever worked with! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and great at what he does. His communication skills are fantastic - he responds almost immediately, making you feel like you’re the most important one on his list (even though I know he has several clients and is very busy), a true sign that he cares! He worked hard and helped us sell our house in a tough market extremely quick, which was not anticipated. I do not believe we would’ve had the same results had we used a different realtor. I would highly recommend Ben!!
