<p>Ben is a phenomenal realtor! I am happy to say that he helped me to find a property that I am very satisfied with. During the home search Ben was attentive and professional, he remained in close contact and was easily reached by phone, text or email whenever I had a question or something to discuss. What I really appreciated about Ben is that he was very forthcoming about the properties we viewed - he always gave his honest opinion and if a property had any flaws he was the first to point them out and provide feedback. If you are looking for a home don't hesitate to select Ben as your realtor!</p>

He showed us over 70 houses so had a lot of patience and never pressured us to make a decision or purchase. He pointed out all the flaws as well as all the benefits and on some occasions told us not to go further because the flaw was too big. He also advised us on re sale potential that we should consider before buying so we could protect ourselves for when we choose to sell. He had his finger on the pulse for the Calgary market and advised us on even small changes occurring in inventory or prices while we were looking. I highly recommend Ben. He has helped me purchase two homes now in Calgary as well as helped with market analysis on investment potentials both residential and commercial</p>
