We knew he was our agent to sell our farm. we called him a month later and asked him to come to see the farm. he went to work for us quickly and very hard. He sold our farm quickly and at the price, we were expecting. We were very fortunate to run into him and have him as our real estate agent. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.</p>

It's our first business and we have no idea how to start and what to do but Battista guided us from the beginning to the end of the process. Battista made our dream possible! He's very thorough with all his explanations. We've learned a lot from him. We always get quick response to each calls, questions and emails. You can never go wrong with Battista. Very nice guy and so easy to work with. I will definitely stick with Battista as our realtor!

Battista was instrumental in helping us find our dream home in the beautiful community of Erin Ridge North. Battista is very patient, thoroughly explaining not just the house, but also the surrounding area including schools, hospital, recreational & sports arenas, as well as future development. Highly recommend Battista if you are planning on buying or selling.

As a first time home buyer, Battista was able to answer all of my many questions and walked me through the process of purchasing a home step by step. He always answered when I called, no matter what time of day it was. He worked very hard for me and was able to find me a great place at a good price very quickly!

Was especially considerate of sellers' concerns regarding covid-19 issues. Good knowledge of the areas we were interested in.
