<p>Battista got me exactly what I was looking for, at exactly the price I was looking for. I am an investor and my expectations were very challenging; he was up to them.</p>

<p>Battista works fast! I met him for the first time on a Tuesday, and put in the offer on a house that Thursday. He listened to my needs and was in frequent communication with me, and found a property I loved almost immediately. Some real estate agents are in the business to make a profit, but I could tell with Battista that he cared about my happiness and finding a property that was right for me. I trusted him from the moment I met him, and he did not let me down.</p>

<p>I bought my first home From Battista he gave me exactly what I wanted with my budget. I’ve tried other real estate agents but none of them delivered. I highly recommend him if you're looking to buy a home.</p>

<p>Battista had helped me quite a lot when I was purchasing my first home. Everything was fast, simple and easy, even though, I wasn't very knowledgeable on how the process of buying a home works. He did explain everything to me quite throughly and in a understandable manner.</p> <p>He works tirelessly and religiously, as this is something he absolutely loves to do. He would always follow up with a phonecall first or a text message, if something had come up. Because of him, I was able to get my first ever home for the price that was really close to my counter.</p> <p>My overall experience with him was genuinely great. To this day, he calIs me to follow up on my wellbeing and of my home. Whenever I will sell and buy a new home in the future, I'll be calling Battista for his assistance and expertise again.</p>

<p>Battista was a pleasure to work with! He helped us buy our first house and walked us through everything. We had a very difficult work schedule at the time, and he was able to fit into our schedule like it was no problem. He was able to set up viewings very fast and we were able to find our house in a week. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood we were looking at. With how great he was with his communication it made us feel like we were his only clients. I recommend him anytime I hear of someone buying or selling a house.</p>
