As a first time home buyer, Battista was able to answer all of my many questions and walked me through the process of purchasing a home step by step. He always answered when I called, no matter what time of day it was. He worked very hard for me and was able to find me a great place at a good price very quickly!

Was especially considerate of sellers' concerns regarding covid-19 issues. Good knowledge of the areas we were interested in. Would have no reservations in recommending Batista to a prospective buyer of real estate in the Edmonton Northwest/St Albert area.
