Ariel first contacted me in early April 2021. At that time I was trying to rent out my property. He explained that it was currently a seller's market and asked if I was interested in selling my property. I told him that I was undecided if I wanted to sell or not. Ariel was not pushy at all and gave me more details on the current market. At the end of April 2021, I decided to sell the property and contacted Ariel. He arranged for photographers to come early May and listed the property on MLS on May 6. Then we received the first offer on May 8. Ariel explained everything with great detail including how to deal a counteroffer and conditions. Based on his experience, Ariel suggested some good recommendations. Everything ran very smoothly. We got a final price that we were happy with. Officially sold on May 21, from listing to sold was 17 days! Excellent job!

Ariel was very helpful during my condo search. He provided useful information about the unit, condo building, and neighbourhood, especially the Calgary Beltline area. His expertise gave me assurance that the property I purchased was right for me and at a favourable price. He was great negotiator and got me a purchase price that I was happy with. He understood my limits and communicated with me during the negotiation process. I felt good that I was in the loop during this important part of the process. He was able to recommend properties to me based on my functional needs and personal preferences, such as size of unit, neighborhood type, and amenities. Ariel is a very understanding & an extremely helpful agent to have in your corner. Both my Wife and I are first time buyers, knowing little to nothing about the real estate avenues of business and responsibilities. Ariel provides an excellent understanding of what is to come, and shows you how to find the smoothest roads to reach your goal of owning your home. The following question requires greater explanation which I will give here: The one true factor no one can control is the schedules of others, and all manner of catalysts that create side-effects. Ariel was professional throughout our entire home purchase process. He communicated effectively and answered all questions in a timely manner. He described all of the neighbourhoods that we had been looking at, and let us know what people in our demographic tend to look for in a neighbourhood and home. He let us know when something in a home could prove to be a large task to replace or fix so that we were not shocked when it came to the inspection process, or once we moved into a home. He managed to organize all of our viewings back to back on the same day to accommodate for our schedules, which I imagine took a lot of behind-the-scenes work to accomplish. Whenever we had questions, he would quickly get answers from the current homeowner or agent for us. Finally, he managed to negotiate on our behalf and get us a great final price on the home that we loved. Thank you so much for helping us find our first home with our pup's dream yard!

Ariel was fantastic from the get go. He showed up on time for initial meeting, got to know us and got a feel of our home. In fact every meeting we had he was always on time. His communication was excellent throughout we were never left waiting (even some late night texts) Ariel came up with a plan of attack and never waivered. He came through with his plan and then some. I would say Ariel is a man of many hats, real estate agent, couples therapist, phycologist, and most importantly now a friend. I look forward to working with him when we go to buy our next home.
