We have made a number of moves over the years, and have dealt with many realtors. Our move was unexpected, and consequently there were more challenges than are normally anticipated with moving. Ariel was our realtor for the purchase of our new home, as well as selling our existing home. He was always available to answer any questions we had, and made sure that the process of buying and selling our home, was far less stressful than it could have been. He was always in communication with us, so we were always aware of where we were in the process, we never felt as though we were one of many clients! If anyone is in need of a realtor, who will sincerely have your best interests at heart, we can't recommend anyone, more highly than Ariel.

From the get-go, my husband and I always knew that once we decided to move forward with purchasing our home, that we would go to Ariel. We met him early 2020 while we had not made up our minds but we were just looking around. Ariel would always show up on time, have information on all of the list of properties we were to go to see, and he knew enough about the neighborhoods. He understood that we were not yet ready but each time he showed up, he was punctual, prepared, enthusiastic, patient and very professional but friendly. Once my husband and I decided to move forward with purchasing our property by early May 2021, we contacted Ariel and he showed up immediately. I have to add that he kept in touch with us by sending thoughtful cute birthday cards on my birthday, and the occasional texts/emails we would exchange each time we saw a property that might pique our interests. He was very informative, kept us updated all through this entire process, making it as painless as possible for us. Ariel is arguably the best Realtor in Alberta and he is considered a friend of our family and so recommending his services to all of our friends and family will definitely be something that we will happily do because we know that 100% he will not disappoint.
