Ariel was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the transaction. We hired him primarily because of the level and depth of analysis that he came up with for pricing and marketing strategy. He kept us informed throughout the process either in real-time or weekly updates. He provided very reasonable recommendations during the negotiation process. He is one who doesn't play that typical 'mind games' that happen during a real-estate transaction. I would highly recommend him!!

We are home owners!!! Thanks to Ariel this went so much smoother than anticipated. In our first meeting with Ariel we spoke about what we would like in a house. We didn’t think we will be able to find something that will be an exact match but Ariel listened and sent us some options. Turns out our home was in the list. We literally had one viewing and was instantly sold. We had thought we will need to see at least 20 till we found “the one” but thankfully Ariel made this super easy for us. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He listened to our needs and helped us actualize that! He also helped connect us with other resource personnel which helped us get everything ready for the possession of this home. I chose to sell my home with Ariel and it was a great decision, my circumstances where somewhat complicated with my being out of Canada on numerous occasions through the sale. Ariel was consistent and timely in his communication and went above and beyond on many occasions, highly accommodating of the circumstances and always available to assist me with the process.
