From the get-go, my husband and I always knew that once we decided to move forward with purchasing our home, that we would go to Ariel. We met him early 2020 while we had not made up our minds but we were just looking around. Ariel would always show up on time, have information on all of the list of properties we were to go to see, and he knew enough about the neighborhoods. He understood that we were not yet ready but each time he showed up, he was punctual, prepared, enthusiastic, patient and very professional but friendly. Once my husband and I decided to move forward with purchasing our property by early May 2021, we contacted Ariel and he showed up immediately. I have to add that he kept in touch with us by sending thoughtful cute birthday cards on my birthday, and the occasional texts/emails we would exchange each time we saw a property that might pique our interests. He was very informative, kept us updated all through this entire process, making it as painless as possible for us. Ariel is arguably the best Realtor in Alberta and he is considered a friend of our family and so recommending his services to all of our friends and family will definitely be something that we will happily do because we know that 100% he will not disappoint.

Ariel first contacted me in early April 2021. At that time I was trying to rent out my property. He explained that it was currently a seller's market and asked if I was interested in selling my property. I told him that I was undecided if I wanted to sell or not. Ariel was not pushy at all and gave me more details on the current market. At the end of April 2021, I decided to sell the property and contacted Ariel. He arranged for photographers to come early May and listed the property on MLS on May 6. Then we received the first offer on May 8. Ariel explained everything with great detail including how to deal a counteroffer and conditions. Based on his experience, Ariel suggested some good recommendations. Everything ran very smoothly. We got a final price that we were happy with. Officially sold on May 21, from listing to sold was 17 days! Excellent job!
