The easiest way to give anyone an indication of how good she is would be to let you know that she negotiated with potential purchasers a price $10,000 OVER list price. We feel very fortunate to have found her and have her represent our property. I would use her as my agent with complete confidence.

Hustle and Heart! This girl has it all! April has a lot of knowledge of Victoria and the surrounding neighborhoods, I can't imagine anyone having more. She is very resourceful and is always candid.
