Engaging April to assist with your real estate transaction is a no brainer in my opinion, why you may ask :) THE START: I called April for the first time while she was on vacation and she took the time to answer. This just goes to show the dedication to her profession. THE HUSTLE: I asked April to show us ten homes in a single day and what was most impressive is her ability to peg the value vs the asking price. THE NAIL BITING: When it came time to negotiate for the home, she drove our offer to the seller's agent because his email wasn't functional. THE ANTICIPATION: During Covid19 she was able to arrange for our home to be professionally cleaned without us prompting her because she knows my wife has allergies. THE ARRIVAL: April was kind enough to meet us at our new home on the day of arrival during COVID-19 "Respecting Guidelines of course" and greeted us, even offered to assist with our one-year-old and four-year-old while we unpacked. April went above and beyond to find us our dream home. She listened to the criteria that we wanted in our home and she worked tirelessly to find us one that fit all of them. We moved from out of province so April would offer to do video calls with us so we could see potential properties that were of interest because she knew how important this move was to our family. She was always available to answer our questions, or to find the answers that we needed.
