<p>April has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I first met April in 2017 when I asked her to show me a house in Victoria. At the time we weren't quite ready to make a purchase and she showed us several properties before we actually made an offer on our home in 2021. Every time a house popped up that I was interested in viewing, April was very quick to respond via email or text and set up the viewing. She's really honest and not at all pushy when it comes to properties and a few times she advised against certain homes that had significant issues. When we were finally ready to make a purchase, April guided us through the offer process and helped us put together a competitive offer which ended up being successful in a very hot market. She also recommended a good lawyer for us to use and kept us updated throughout the process. I look forward to working with her in the future!</p>
