My wife and I had been looking for a house since 2016. In our initial foray into the market we met April and were immediately impressed by her professionalism, hard work, knowledge and organization. We felt we were in good hands and that she really works hard for her commission. That initial foray came close to a sale but in the end we decided to wait. Fast forward to 2020-21 and we were ready to go at it again. There was no doubt in our minds who we would want to represent us: April Spackman. There are a couple of areas that we especially thought were great: one is how quickly she responded to questions and the other is her expertise. We had entered a hot market with limited inventory. We believe it was April's experience and advice that enabled us to be successful in our bid for the house we recently purchased. We highly recommend April to any prospective buyers (or sellers) and are confident that should you choose her as your representative, she will put you first. At no time will you feel any pressure to purchase. We believe her goals are that you walk away more than satisfied and confident that the right decisions were made.
