April was always available to answer our questions and concerns, and did so promptly. She did her best to get us the desired amount for our property.

We flew to Victoria and only had a few short days to look at modular home properties. We contacted April when we arrived and asked her to set up appointments to view the properties we were interested in. She called us the next day with appointments. There was one property we had on our list that April said she was not comfortable showing us as the park the modular home was in was up for sale. She knows her stuff. That really impressed us. We are now in the process of purchasing a lovely home with help from April. We would most definitely recommend April for all your real estate needs. I was introduced to April a number of years ago when I first thought about selling my Colwood condo. She provided accurate, up to date market info, valuation and marketing options, even though she knew I was just a "maybe" at best, and as it turned out, just dreaming at that time. This spring when the market was hot I did finally decide to sell, so went back to April. She had her old file, knew the building and the unit, so was able to move very quickly. The current marketing strategy seems to be list just below market to get attention, and try to elicit multiple bids to create a competition. That is exactly the outcome achieved. From the time the unit went on MLS it was only a couple of days until we had competing offers which were ratcheted up to the price I was actually seeking. April kept me informed hour by hour. I recently sold a rental property and April Spackman was excellent! She worked hard and I appreciated her communication and knowledge. The existing tenants were very difficult. I was amazed how well she handled everything especially as I didn’t have to be involved with getting showing access or the tenants at all. The house sold quickly and for $100K over asking. I am very happy, would definitely use her again and highly recommend her.
