Allison was always available to answer my questions, no matter how trivial. Buying my new home was a smooth and enjoyable process but selling my old residence was very stressful. We had a deal, agreement signed by both parties THEN the buyer decided to not proceed! I am now considering legal action against him. Allison was very supportive during this setback. I know she did her best to secure the ultimate sale of the property only a month after the first buyer backed out. Our experience with Allison was GREAT. She is a professional. Friendly, kind, genuine which is really rare and refreshing in a sales business. We never felt pressured. Her best advice to me was to make sure we buy our home in our desired neighborhood because you can renovate and change a house but you cannot just change the neighborhood.
