Allison helped us purchase our first house and we are so happy with the whole process. She was very patient with us throughout the process, and she educated us a lot about negotiation, homeowner tips, things to avoid, and the legal process. Above all, she was very personable and we truly felt that she has our best interest at heart. We really appreciate her advice, and it helped us narrow down our dream home. We definitely recommend Allison to anyone!

This is the first home sale and purchase we've completed with Allison, and the second with the Platinum Team and we couldn't be more impressed. Allison was a HUGE advocate for us, and even had a verbal agreement on our house in place BEFORE it hit the MLS. She is easy to work with, direct, and really knows her stuff. Particularly when it came to buying a new home, Allison really worked hard to provide us a range of options and help us work through what we wanted and what we needed. Allison has worked with us over a one year and nine month period while we searched for our next home. She showed great knowledge and patience as we explored various housing options prior to selling our home. We lived a great distance away so she accommodated viewings when it suited our schedule. She had a keen eye for detail noting issues that were not always apparent to the casual viewer and she had a good sense of market value for various properties that we looked at. When our house finally sold in late November 2020, we were in a hurry to find something that suited our needs at a time when the market was busy and she helped us find our next home (and we took possession Dec 15, 2020). Allison is a great communicator and always kept us up to speed as we progressed through the steps leading to a final purchase. She was always professional and courteous and proficient in real estate transactions. Highly recommend her!
