Allison's experience was evident. She was extremely knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and helpful throughout the process of both buying and selling our home. Allison is very thorough and brought to our attention concerns that we would have missed/overlooked; we realized early on that she genuinely had our best interest at heart. She was always "on-the-ball," professional, personable, and available for questions. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

My fiancé and I used Allison to help us purchase our first home together. She was very easy to talk to and connect with whenever we had questions. The market was moving very quickly when we were looking for our home. Throughout all this, Allison was patient with us and continued to be optimistic ensuring us we will find the right home for us. By the end of countless online and in person home visits, we found the house that was perfect for us. Allison was lovely and we are very grateful for all her hard work and support!

We really enjoyed working with Allison for our first time buying a home! She was recommended to me by one of my coworkers who had worked with multiple realtors in Edmonton in the past for buying and selling homes, and she particularly liked working with Allison. Allison was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to walk us through the different steps to buying a home, options in our price range, considerations for homes built in different years, and more. By the time we were pre-approved and ready to start looking, we had a pretty good idea of what we could expect in our price range (townhomes, duplexes, and some older single-family homes) and things to look for. We saw several properties on our first day out looking, including all three different property types we were considering, and ended up putting in an offer on a single family home in one of our top desired neighborhoods! We knew single family homes that were in good condition, in our price range, and in our desired neighborhoods were few and far between based on watching the market for a few months, so this was a rare opportunity and we were able to see the place within the first 24 hours of showings. We ended up competing with another offer on the house, and Allison was really on it with communicating with us and the seller agent throughout the process. We ended up beating out an unconditional offer, in part due to Allison's advising and adjusting the offer price, but also due to Allison's communication with the seller agent. We were really pleased to get through the home buying process smoothly, and are really grateful that we were able to get a SFH in a great area. Would definitely work with Allison again!
